HOW DOES A BODYTALK SESSION LOOK LIKE?
① Client typically lies down on a massage table, face up, and fully clothed. ② Practitioner usually sits or stands on your side and uses your arm for biofeedback. The practitioner will then ask your innate wisdom a series of questions following the BodyTalk protocol. ③ During the session, the practitioner will communicate the findings with the client. Gentle tappings are involved with this process. ④ The session typically takes about 1 hour.
